RETURNS/REFUNDS
SINTERSTONE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. No Returns or exchange on
- Final Sales (sold at “as-it” condition)
- Special order (when regular stock not available)
- Altered material at any level
2. All returns or exchanges must be under below conditions:
- Approved by Sinterstone (Canada Sintered Stone Inc.) management
- Accompanied with original invoices
- Goods are in original conditions as when purchased (same packaging)
- Goods have been inspected by Sinterstone employee for assurance of resellable condition
3. A percentage of selling price will be charged as restocking fee on the returned goods as below guided:
- 50% on goods returned within 30 days after shipment
- 65% on goods returned between 31 to 60 days after shipment
- No return allowed after 60 days
4. Sinterstone will hold the sold products in its warehouse for 14 days after finalization of the sales free of charge; after 14 days a storage charge may take place.
Canada Sintered Stone Inc, (the owner of Sinterstone brand) has the final explanation rights on this Return and Exchange Policy.
