Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Order Confirmation and Deposit
Once an order is confirmed (generally upon a deposit of 20% of the full price), the purchased Sinterstone™ Slabs are reserved for the buyer in our warehouse free of charge for up to 60 days. A longer reservation period may be available if approved by our management team.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of the order confirmation day with no cancellation fee. Orders cancelled between 7 to 14 days after the order confirmation day will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the full price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 14 days (no return on deposit) unless specially approved by management.
Slab Exchange
Slabs that have not been delivered are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges requested after 30 days are subject to a fee of up to 20% of the full price unless specifically approved by our management.
Special and Non-stocked Orders
Special orders or non-stocked orders are made or ordered specifically for the customer. As such, these are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We urge customers to carefully consider their needs before placing such orders.
Return of Sinterstone™ Slabs
Sinterstone™ Slabs may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that they are in original and good condition. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the full price might be applied. The buyer is responsible for loading the slabs onto our transporting truck for return.
Sinterstone™ Slabs are not returnable 30 days after delivery.
